I ordered two shirts that turned out to be too big. I contacted Gomenin to ask what I needed to do to exchange the shirts. They then came up with a wonderful solution: I could get two new shirts in my size free of charge. I was so happy with this solution! Of course, I tried on the shirts as well. What struck me was that the fabric felt very pleasant and that the quality and style of the shirts are also excellent. I am very pleased with the service.

I bought 3 shirts from Gomenin and found the quality of the fabric excellent: soft and very comfortable to wear; especially in hot wheather. I'm normally size L, but found the shirts a little oversized, but customer service provided swift feedback on my exchange request to size M in a very helpful manner.
