All I asked him to do is fix my account they would not replace my rewards that I have earned from Monopoly go or any of my apps that I downloaded through them and they just refuse all the way around to help me the customer I believe gravy pass is fraudulently taking my money and doesn't want to return it the app is a hole
Disappointed
I’ve cashed out at gravy pass, some with issues, some without. It seems to mainly be a tracking problem. Everything was great until I spent like 5 hours per day just to make sure I hit a game. Of course the tracking was messed up (go figure) and I had to submit a ticket. The game I played fixed my offer and credited me $311. I tried to redeem but it said I needed a manual review. Emailed gravy pass, they said I needed images of a game that wasn’t even the offer but ofc I sent it anyways. Ever since then I get no reply. It went from instant replies to nothing at all. I did research and seen people have the exact same problem. Honestly don’t waster your time. There’s also class action forms you can fill out. I’m just bummed I put so much energy into this just do be ignored.
DO NOT MAKE IN GAME PURCHASES
I was playing for only a few weeks and did actually get paid quite a bit which is why I trusted it to spend $100 on an in game purchase. Suddenly my account was flagged for review, gave them screenshots of game play and purchase receipt for them to tell me my account is flagged there's nothing they can do. My advice is absolutely play the games but DO NOT make in game purchases for tasks. I got paid for 3 smaller purchases but not the big one and now they owe me $148 and won't even let me play the games anymore
Wasted my time
Although the installation may be simple, I installed several games and upon reaching the required amount for withdrawal, I was unable to withdraw to PayPal, the £12.47 I had accrued and the games I played have all now disappeared and I can’t get them back, I’ve tried support and their answer is that I should be able to do it, with no support on how to Resolve the issue. I Would not recommend wasting your time. JustPlay actually does pay, even though the games and rewards are not as high, but something is better that nothing, when it’s my time and companies like this abuse it for their profiteering. Do Not install.

Gravy pass has put my account under review for about 4 to 5 days now, I submitted a help ticket and the representative that is emailing me back and forth keeps asking for the same screen shots over and over then asked for a screenshot from in the game that the game doesn’t even offer. Scam ish
So I’ve been playing very fast for a few months, but since I wanted to get the deals so faster, I didn’t mind spending quite a bit of my own money. I probably spent over $200 of my own money because I was playing the games altogether. it came up to about $700 I cashed everything except for the very last one which was $238. Did the customer support like it said ace replied and was like oh send us the screenshots all the stuff so I did and he said OK should be ready for you to do mind you the next day I went to go it said $0.00. I don’t know if this is enough information since I have a whole bunch of screenshots to show that he scammed me.

Secondly I have missed 3 rewards and about to miss four rewards, because after passing my level it takes about a week to receive my credit for passing my levels. Plus a lot of the games do not work. What I do like about gravy pass is when I do cashout the money is instantly put into my account. I have switched to another site where you play games and once you pass your levels you get a instant notification and credit. All the games I am playing work. Cashout is fast. Also with gravy pass I have sunt proof that I passed my levels ahead of time and once again took forever for them to respond and they stated I did not show proof. I have dates and times from screen shots. So they are coming off kinda dishonest. I get it's free money,but we play to get paid. I truly feel they need to monitor our progress better like the other site I'm using. So I'm leaving gravy pass behind. Just being honest they need to improve the site and respond faster.
No response to requests and missing rewards
Thiss started out ok but now they are not paying out my rewards or responding to my help requests. I’ve waiting several days and have completed a few tasks that I have not been paid or. More frustrating is the complete lack of response. I would not use this site

Actually they are scammer, i invested 4.99$ in farkle dice roll and I got 10$ bonus, when I go for withdrawal it's showing unusual activity while i provided google purchase reciept, game activity screenshot and everything, But they didn't replied me in my pass, when I try to contact with other mail they told this email isn't attached with pass message with pass gmail Then why you ignored me to reply in my pass, really they are big scammer Even till now I didn't get any help, they scammed my 12$ account

Originally I liked Gravypass but when my rewards started not showing they began to give me the runaround. Their third party payout app is Appsamuri whom has a terrible history with scamming people. Gravypass did not tell who the third party was, I had to research on my own. Their only response was wait 2-3 weeks and it's not out responsibility . It's been 2 months.

So as far as play for change goes its pretty good that said I had an erro that occurred pay. 4.99 on Farkle dice and receive 10 I did this promo twice and the second time was for 12 as I had a 20% booster on. Haveing gone through incidents in the past I was good about recording my game play. When I ask about it to customer service the first response was thats an error with the provider with no further directions, and then I sent in my email in my bank statement, where they charged me five different times but 9 99 4 99 12 99 and 999 and returned. And we're we've returned in charge returned in charge And when I brought that up, he didn't address that at all. He just said, if you want to cash out, you gotta make 13 more dollars. I said, well, what about the 22 that I should have coming. Where? Then, I was just blown off again. I expressed my discomfort and unease with the legitimacy of the site and asked if I could just that's it. And he said no you need to make 13 more dollars So though they have a good rating, the people they do screw over, there's not much. You can do get bad what's going aftern't.Small claims twenty bucks is not gonna be an issue, but there is a website that does do that for you.And they just take, 30% or something good luck be aware when possible record your game play as I had incidences with many casinos and sights loke these. Its amazing that 100% of the tme these mishaps happen is when your about to cash out big or beat the clock on a payout . Never when its 10 cents. Now granted I have cashed out several times, but every single time I had to ask them what happen to my rewards. It didn't just go on there when I either purchased or completed the challenge. It was so frustrating and then when I wrote them they say oh I see you purchased something but we can't give out the reward. Even though I showed proof every time like wtf
