The job's not done till the paperwork is complete
The online ordering, order acknowledgement, tracking, delivery and actual product were all excellent, 5 stars. However, when I asked by email for invoices - these were a UK business cost - I received them in US Dollars. I then had an email battle with a man called Harold who was to customer relations what Hitler was to world peace. He first told me that all transactions on the website were in USD: not so, the online purchase and order acknowledgements were all in GBP. Only after telling him that I would report this problem for UK businesses on Trip Advisor etc, did he manage to furnish receipts in GBP - in a very ungracious manner.
It was a lousy experience and one that in no way reflected the excellence of all the transactions up to that point. Someone needs either to address this glitch or re-programme Harold.
Good prices! Fast delivery! I have been shopping on Great Big Canvas for at least five years with twenty purchases. I find art work that expresses personally who I am and all the things I enjoy. When you come into my house my personality is on blast.

This site will take great care of you and help you to decorate your office!
It was so fun to spend time on the website reviewing all of the possibilities for my two posters. Ordering was easy! They kept me informed of the delivery process. Then - poof - the posters came earlier than predicted in a great box. My office looks great and I am thrilled!
