The presentation and the care card truly reflected the dignity, respect, and kindness with which his final journey was handled, and that has brought me great comfort during this difficult time. Did not receive our cats ashes in the box or certificate of creamation. totally devastating when you are in front of a rose bush with your children and the box is empty. Please do not use this company and avoid the horrible second loss of not knowing where your cat is.
They gave us a really fantastic service for our treasured friend. Couldn't ask for better service.
Awful service at Greenacres. Greeted with a card machine and asked 4 times to just enter my pin without any explanation of cost of what was going to happen and no interest whatsoever to how I was feeling, just wanted my money ASAP. There were so desperate for my PIN number that the assistant freely ignored Covid-19 distancing in a bid to speed things up and made me feel unwelcome and like I was an inconvenience. Greenacres is now owned by CVS and I must say it has gone downhill since their takeover. I raised my complaint with CVS. They conducted their own investigation and called me a liar. Do yourself a favour and just look for somewhere else.
