Very positive experience! This is our first time working with half price printing - it was more of an urgent project but they were able to provide us great turnaround time with high-quality products! Kevin is super communicative and always keep us informed along the process. We will definitely be working with them again in the future.
There was no clear communication
There was no clear communication that they will charge me extra $3000 for the expedite services. Firstly they delivered order quite late and when I asked them to deliver on priority they said to me to pay more money for that. Firstly they don’t deliver the order on time and after that they demand more money to deliver that. Don’t ever make the mistake that I made by paying this company.

Half Price Packaging is a great packaging company that I’ve used several times for my small business products. They make sure designs and packaging sizes are perfect, and these ship relatively quickly. I will continue to use them for future orders, even recommending other small business friends to use them. Tried 3 other digital box printers…
Tried 3 other digital box printers before finding Steve and half price. This was the first team that really understood what I needed and did great layouts of the box designs for us. Really helpful low minimum orders allow us to do small runs of products and test how they sell.
Amazing customer service, fabulous boxes, plan for long ship time.
I ordered the first set of customized boxes for my business. I knew almost nothing about packaging and mailers, but Eric was so patient and explained everything -- double checked all my designs, sent mock-ups, answered my many, many questions. The boxes look fabulous and are such an upgrade to what I had cobbled together. They look professional and they make ME look professional, too. The only drawback was that they took so long to ship after the order had been finalized and produced. That said, I would definitely order from them again, and plan for the lengthy shipping time.

I had a truly wonderful experience working with Half Price Packaging on my first order of custom boxes for my shampoo and conditioner bars. My rep, Daniel, was outstanding! He was so incredibly patient, kind, and understanding as I worked through a vacation, a move, and a long illness delay before I was finally able to complete the project. Throughout the entire process, he was responsive and supportive, and I never once felt rushed or pressured. When the boxes arrived, they absolutely exceeded my expectations. The quality is terrific, the printing is sharp and clear. They turned out even better than I imagined and I love them! Seeing my bars in these boxes made everything feel real, and I’m so grateful to have found a company that genuinely supports small businesses. Thank you to Daniel and the team at Half Price Packaging for being such a great partner and for helping bring my dream to life. We needed someone very last minute to make some mailers for us. Everyone was quoting us 5+ weeks. I found Half Price Packaging and reached out. Max Leed was incredibly helpful with keeping everything moving, and within a week from initial contact, we had our gorgeous product in hand! We went on to develop other equally beautiful projects. The quality of everything we have ordered is incredible, way better than I even thought it would be, price is amazing, along with very quick turn around times. I would HIGHLY recommend working with them. We are moving all of our packaging production to them. I am excited to work with them again in the future!
Great Packaging and Working Experience
Just received my shipment from Half Price Packaging and I am really impressed with the boxes! I had the enjoyable experience working with Davis who worked with me for almost 3 months on my packaging with over 100+ emails back and forth but he was extremely helpful the whole way through! Looking forward to working with them in the future, and am awaiting to hear from customers on how they like the new packaging but I personally am happy with them.
