The box was custom sized to the books and the overall full color design reflected the covers and artwork of both of my books on the box. I am overjoyed at the quality and appearance of the product! Kevin was not only helpful, but did a great job educating me along the way. He wqs also very quick to respond to any/all my correspondence. Their materials are top notch, the print quality is fantastic, and their customer service is ON TOP OF IT. You’re assigned a rep who is always there when you need them, at all times of the day, which has been extremely helpful. It’s hard to go with anyone else when you have a packaging company always there to help. This isn’t to say there hasn’t been hiccups and issues, but all that matters is how they handle those issues and HP has treated me very fairly. They’ve been making our packaging for over a year now and I haven’t thought about going anywhere else! Also, my rep is Ethan, he’s a great guy!

I have been receiving emails for quite sometime from this company, and I decided to reach out using the form on their website. When I received the call from one of their specialists, he was very rude. When I needed him to hold for a moment while I gathered the exact dimensions and I gave them to him. I told him that I wanted to know if they had a catalog to review all the different box types they offered, he said that he would only be able to provide me with images of whatever box I was interested in. That's not very helpful, if I am not sure. I did attached a image to the form when I submitted, and he said that he didn't see that on the form, nor how many pieces I wanted to get a quote for. I was surprised by this, because everything was attached when I submitted the form. Then when he was giving me his email so I could email him the image, I couldn't quite hear him and when I read back his email to him, he said, "No, that's not right. I was just reading you back my first name, it's not part of the rest of the email." At that point, I knew that it wasn't going to be worth having this person take care of getting be a quote when they were not so kind or patient on the phone. I told him that I am not looking to move forward with this, and he hung up the phone. It was a horrible experience. I get there can be miscommunication, but for this being the first impression a business owners receives that leaves a bad impression.
Update as of August 12, 2026:
The team immediately followed up with me and let me know that they listened to the call and completely understood and agreed with what I shared in my review. This helped to renew my faith in the company. I will continue to check out their page, and I am satisfied that they took action so quickly. Thank you!

A pleasure to work with. Daisy helped me not only stay within budget, but I got exactly what I was hoping for and more. The print is so crisp. The foil is beautiful. The matte box finish is super luxe and velvety, takes no fingerprints, soft to the touch. The construction of the box feels like it is in this area between machine precision and artisan craftsmanship, honestly. It has rigidity and weight. The seams line up perfectly to create perfect geometry. They were able to make a box exactly to my dimensions, full color printing, foiling on the front, perfect closure and easy assembly. It really adds character to my work and brings my art and design to life. Halfpricepackaging is great on price, yes, but the quality they are capable of and actually producing is true luxury in my honest opinion.
I was contacted by Chris and his team regarding cold and hot beverage cups/lids and the use of them in our establishment. I was skeptical since I didn't have the product in my hand to feel their solidity and the malleability with beverages inside. As well, I needed to make sure that all possible products would fit current locations of disbursement and our on site storage locations. Basically, I didn't want to invest in any product without knowing how the product would fit within my establishment and how my team would work with the product. I did ask for samples and Chris was willing and competently sent two small packages out with various products (cold, hot, lids for both). I was impressed with the assortment, with the willingness that Chris and his team showed me and my process. As well, Chris remained in contact with me throughout the process. He called and checked in on the thoughts I was having towards all of the sample products and answered all of my questions. The process was smooth.
