The staff contact person and the artist who created an "original hand-painted reproduction" of Klimt's painting "Am Attersee" worked with me to provide personal attention and oversight. The finished painting looks spectacular and faithfully authentic to Klimt's original work of art.
Monica was so great to work with and made sure that I was happy throughout the entire process. Our piece was created much faster than I thought and we are very happy with the results.
Martin, thank you so much for your kind words! It was a pleasure working with you, and we’re delighted to hear that you’re happy with your artwork and the overall experience. We truly appreciate your trust and support. Monica and our entire team are always committed to making the process smooth and enjoyable for every customer. Thank you again, and we hope to create more beautiful pieces for you in the future!
The website and (after visiting their site, targeted advertisements) were a bit wonky as they pretended to be English from a group that was based in Hong Kong, but they were very responsive and clear at every step, and the product is exactly what was expected in the end. Don't be dissuaded if you feel the same initial weariness as I did.
Kroama, thank you so much for taking the time to share your honest feedback with us. We truly appreciate your trust and your kind words about our communication and the final artwork. We completely understand your initial hesitation when discovering our company, especially when ordering a custom handmade artwork online. We know that choosing the right artist and trusting a company with something so personal requires confidence, and that is why we always aim to provide clear communication, progress updates, previews, and support throughout the entire process. We are very happy to hear that the painting turned out exactly as you expected. Your satisfaction means a lot to our team and our artists, who put great care and effort into every handmade piece. Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to create something special for you, and we hope to work with you again in the future!

My wife has a specific painting that she loves. It is a painting that her favorite artist had hanging in their home. So we couldn't find it anywhere. We sent an image. About a month later it's hanging in our home, with a very very similar frame they helped match to the original one. My wife is picky, but she was super happy, thank goodness. Lol I really appreciate the great communication and the artwork. Thank you 😊
William, thank you so much for sharing your experience! We're truly honored to have recreated such a meaningful painting for your wife. Knowing that she was so happy with both the artwork and the carefully matched frame means the world to us. Thank you for trusting us with this special project—we're delighted we could help bring it into your home. We hope you both enjoy it for many years to come!
Did a beautiful job on the painting - plus the frame was outstanding. Shipped securely, no damage, well packed - beautiful addition to our home. I did require one modification along the way and they graciously made the change w/o charge or complaint. I would use them again in a heart beat.
Mike, thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear that you loved both the painting and the frame, and that everything arrived safely and securely. It was our pleasure to make the requested modification, and we're so glad we could ensure the artwork was just right for you. Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we look forward to creating another beautiful piece for you in the future!
Dear Reader, Today has been a day to remember,… This was the day I received a wonderful, hand painted replica painting, of a print I saw and desired on the internet. Initially, I contacted ‘Handmade Piece’ in China (an Art Reproduction company I’ve dealt with a few times over the years) to see if it would be possible for their (highly skilled) Artist to reproduce the image I wanted for my home here in Scotland. I was contacted in due (quick) time and advised as to which size would be best for both myself (and for the Artist to work with). There is a wonderful (English speaking) Woman called :- ‘Monica’ who worked with me all the way through this (very satisfying) transaction and who coordinated every step of this process, from first contact, right up to the point of delivery at my home here in Scotland, United Kingdom. Monica is a Woman with gravitas, humour, expertise and sex appeal ! If You decide that You would like a hand painted reproduction of some art piece you crave, you would do well to initiate your enquiry by addressing your eMail to ‘Monica’. I am thoroughly delighted with everything this company has done for me. The Artist is incredibly skilled and capable of almost anything,….Monica is simply gorgeous ! God Bless Everyone at Handmade Piece,… Their Families and Everyone They Love ❤️. Thank you so very much ! Andrew T J Sim,….(a very satisfied customer). Scotland, United Kingdom.
Dear Andrew, thank you so much for your incredibly heartfelt review! It truly means the world to us that you took the time to share your experience. We’re delighted that you love your hand-painted artwork and that the entire process—from choosing the right size to its safe arrival in Scotland—met your expectations. Monica will be especially touched by your kind words and generous praise. We'll also be sure to pass your compliments on to the artist, whose craftsmanship made your vision come to life. Thank you for your trust, your warmth, and your blessings. We hope your new painting brings you joy for many years to come, and we look forward to creating another special piece for you whenever inspiration strikes. God bless you, and thank you again from all of us at Handmade Piece!
This is the second piece I've ordered from them and my experience was just as good as the first time. I had an awkward wall space to fill and couldn't find anything I liked with the right dimensions. Monica, as always, was a pleasure to deal with and I couldn't be happier with the result. I looks fantastic.

I took a chance here, not truly knowing about the company, their process or the quality of their products. It was definitely worth it. Given they are off-shore, there was a 16 hour communication lag, the communication was constant and direct. The entire process took a little longer than I expected, BUT the end result was worth the wait. I had 2 pieces done, LOVE them both and enjoy them daily. They arrived in a huge handmade wooden crate....well protected and undamaged despite the long trek from China. I will be commissioning more work with them.
Bruno, thanks for your feedback. We are so glad that you are satisfied with the 2 artworks that you ordered. It's our pleasure to paint for you and thanks for your trust&support. We work with global artists and would love to paint for art lovers worldwide. The quality is the top standard for our Quality Team to evaluate the artist's performance. We look forward to working with you again in the near future.
This is the second time I've worked with Handmadepiece. Both times they have been very easy to work with, and the final product is better than I had hoped for.

It is refreshing to deal with a company which does exactly what they say. The responses were prompt, the quality of the finished product was very good and, importantly, they kept to the timescale that they promised at the beginning. The picture was an excellent reproduction

This company exceeded my expectations. Monica was responsive to all my questions. The painting was shipped from overseas with great care and arrived in a very sturdy plywood box. The painting itself was painted to the specific details I had requested. I love the fine brush details the artist captured. The painting is beautiful! I would definitely use this company again for any future painted art reproduction work.
