I was a bit confused in the beginning, since I had to deal with 3 different entities - HCT, Pasha and Road One....but everything came together well and our Sienna was successfully shipped to our final destination, Hawaii. The service was excellent especially at the Honolulu off dock pick up area.

Hawai’i Car Transport was very simple and convenient to use for shipping our car from Utah to Hawaii. With the ease of the vehicle getting picked up right at our doorstep and dropped off within only a few weeks, we found this company to be secure, legitimate and super affordable! Definitely recommend and would use them again!!

The process was easy, simple and straightforward from the initial inquiry, to booking, and just waiting for the vehicle to arrive.
We booked our vehicle to be shipped from the East Coast to Hawaii. The process was hassle free. Hawaii Car Transport had our vehicle picked up at the residence and delivered to the West Coast California then put on a ship, it all went pretty fast and arrived safely..

Prior to shipping the car, HCT was there to help guide me through the entire process (i.e., paperwork, etc.). While the car was enroute, HCT provided timely updates on the status of the shipment. And finally, upon the vehicles arrival into port, they were there to make the "pick up" experience seamless. Thank you HCT!

We want to make a special shout out to…
We want to make a special shout out to the person who helped us pick up our car at CFR in Paramount, I believe his name was Albert. He was the point person who handles deliveries from the port to the delivery warehouse in Paramount. He was so accommodating to us. We had arrived in LA to pick up our car but the car was not at CFR. He made a few phone calls and found a driver who was able to drive the car (with other cars) up from San Diego to LA. We were so happy and relieved to be able to pick up our car that day! Many thanks to Albert (I hope that’s his name) for helping us out and making it happen! Big props to Albert!

Great experience
Great experience, fair pricing good communication, receive faster than expected. The team was very informative and kept me advised along the way none of the problems you hear about from other transporters about gouging you for gas or for other prices. HAT gave me one quote. I thought it was fair and we proceeded no other up charges.
