Headcovers has been there for me since January of 2008, when I suddenly lost all of my hair over a 6-week period at the age of 56, to AU. Everything I've purchased from your site has been of good quality, and I especially appreciate the thoughtful shipping method, with magnets, words of encouragement, the pink ribbons, and everything you do to make it a welcome experience. The few returns I made were handled quickly and with kindness. Thank you for all that you do!

Loving all of the newsboy style hats I've ordered. I've received many compliments on the different styles. They are very soft and comfortable. And the brim comes in handy to partially hide my sparse eyebrows. I will likely be coming back to order more.

My first wig …
I ordered my first wig from Headcovers and it was not exactly correct for me. Headcover accepted it back as trade in for a wig that suited me. Excellent service! And timely for delivery!

The product was exactly as advertised. I’m very satisfied with everything, including the service.
Headband came loose.
The ordering was fine and the hat arrived in a timely manner. But after wearing it three times, the headband started separating from the hat. I see that it is only glued on. I would have expected it to last longer than a week. Otherwise I like the hat.
I am pleased with the style
I am pleased with the style, which seems to be an update of a sytle I’ve. Bought twice before. Needed this color. It’s cute and lightweight. What could be improved as communication on the order status and fulfillment is on the slow side of what I am used to. I just wish I had known when to expect it.

Christmas in July
The products is received were of high quality and I just loved the way they were packaged. The messages included were very uplifting.
FRAUD
Ordered Zest wig. Didn't work for style or color. Returned with RA#. Wig wasn't on my head 5 minutes. Returned it via UPS for $16 plus 20% restocking fee. They said it doesn't meet their return requirements and will not accept it. Said it smelled like cigarettes. We dont smoke. I'm charged $170 for a wig that I never wore. FRAUD SCAM
I always love looking at the new hats…
I always love looking at the new hats and figuring out what will work for me. Having some hair loss from alopecia, I am very glad for the smooth fabrics of your hats. The bamboo hats are my favorite fabric ~ so soft and so many nice colors. Always glad when you have more patterns, and both beanie types and hats with brims!
