Perfect for craniotomy recovery
This excellent small business gets 10 stars! I recently had a craniotomy and had a long incision across the top my head that needed a comfy hat to hold the bandage in place. The others I tried (from Amazon - yuck) were terrible (poor quality, way too tight, cheap fabric, not cute) and were all returned. I finally found the Headcovers website and got the Slouchy Snood Hat - it's cotton, soft, stretchy, high quality, adorable and just what I needed. Loved the fast shipping and excellent packaging too!

High quality - products were just as described. I appreciated the customer service response about how to keep the halo wig in place. It looks fine, but I find it itchy. The headband they recommended does help, but it is uncomfortably tight to wear for too long.

Came quickly and i love them! I am a hat ponytail girl living on fort myers beach its the heat of the summer starting and i am going thru chemo full wigs would be terrible 24/7 so i searched and found you guys as most partial wigs or ponytails are attached to one hat and i want to wear my hats! Only suggestion maybe do some thicker tails and different lengths i know I would love that!

Disapointed
I ordered a breast prosthetic on May 5th, order 1001266814. I needed it for May23rd. First I never received a tracking number and called then I was sent an email with the tracking number. The item is stuck in Kansas City since May 14th. Called customer service asked for them to send a new one next day they would not. I’ve ordered it from the nearly me website and should have it by this Saturday May 23rd.
I have filled out a dispute with my credit card company for the item with you. I asked your customer service to cancel the order and they refused. Checked the tracking number now and the item is still in Kansas City. Very disappointed!
