Excellent product!
Excellent product! Works perfectly on my Windows 11 and Chrome OS devices.
Hello I’d like to give these the best…
Hello I’d like to give these the best ratings possible if you could do more then 5 stars they would 100% get it! I brought a product from Amazon and then had a connection problem, I reached out to them and spoke to Hua! And wooooow! What service he gave me, within a minute he had a a new one sent out and I received it the next day! Best service ever!
Smooth transaction
I purchased the st2 pro cable dac and the mp143 and they work amazing didn't have any issues with the shipping or the products definitely worth it. If you haven't tried the mp143's give them a chance the smaller size from the 145's does help with fit. The process was really smooth and i think thats what matters the most.
Ease of purchase
Ease of purchase. The product matches the description on the website. Shipping to Spain took just one week. Exceptional product.
Perfect
Perfect, happy, fits my small ears, very good anc, soft cable, bit bassy which is ok wit me rock and metal & classic music, with good app it sounds great. I highly recommend this great ie.
Delighted with my Purchases
Delighted with my AP80, S9 Pro Plus, and Mermaid MS3 in-ear monitors. Listening to my music collection is now a totally absorbing, thrilling experience. Great products, faithful descriptions of performance, flexibility of use, endless parameter adjustments for the pickiest audiophile, all at a very reasonable price point. My only quibble is that I would have appreciated more detailed instructions on how to set the AP80 up for its different functions. Not terribly difficult to figure out for a veteran audio enthusiast, but could be frustrating for the less experienced buyer. Very satisfied customer!
MP145+dac bundle
Bit of a delay in shipping while my order was conformed but ok, arrived quickly once shipped very pleased with products
This is my second purchase and it was…
This is my second purchase and it was equally enjoyable. They gave me a promotion which I used. I am satisfied with the products, the response to my questions and the follow up to my shipment. I will definitely buy again.
ST2 pro nebula : A great product, as many other from their catalog
Each of Hidizs products I have bought have been great products and for the price range are unbeatable. Some might not fit exactly to the expectation, I think specifically to the earbuds that doesn’t always fit well in my ears and the absence of foam version like some other brand might provide. But in any case, it has always been a very satisfactory experience. The point might be, you won’t get wrong with anything you might buy from them. The question may rather be, will you really need it, but that is another subject. And for the last one which came from crowd founding campaign, there is no exception. It is truly good and fit a hole not yet taken by the competition. The ST2 pro Nebula with its USB connector allows to more easily listen to something clean enough without the hassle of using 2 usb c cable for charging and connecting to a portable amp for using a 4.4mm cable with MP145 at the end. So thanks to all people that works hard and provides these ideas at Hidizs and if you’re considering trying one of their products, it’s easy, you won’t be disappointed.
Great customer service.

Delivery had an issue sending the product. But after all arrives, I'm testing the device yet
Campaign promises kept
I wanted to take a moment to express how impressed I am with the sound quality of your headphones. The dynamic range is incredible, the bass is tight and punchy, and the clarity is outstanding. Having backed numerous Kickstarter projects over the years, I’ve seen both amazing successes and disappointing outcomes. Your campaign, however, was executed smoothly, with excellent communication throughout, and the final product exceeded my expectations. Bravo! I hope you feel proud of what you’ve achieved, and that many others share the same sentiment.

The products I purchased are excellent...
The products I purchased are very well made and I am quite happy with them. Two minor issues. Documentation is not great and almost poor in some aspects. The only other minor issue I have, and it's really my own misunderstanding, is both the DAP and DAC are much smaller that I was expecting. I just thought they both would have been larger. Regardless, I'm very satisfied once I got past my minor surprise.
