Paid customer, month-long bug, no fix,

I'm a paying Professional subscriber. On April 7 I opened a support ticket because the HTML signature export wouldn't paste into any email client (tried Apple Mail, Gmail, Outlook on both Mac and Windows). Timeline: - Apr 7: Ticket opened. - Apr 9: Sent a Loom video reproducing the issue. - Apr 13: First workaround suggested (uncheck "match default font"). Didn't work. Confirmed and sent more detail. - Apr 15: Engineering reproduced it from my video and acknowledged the bug. Suggested pasting through Google Docs as an in-between. That converts the signature to a flat image and strips all hyperlinks — i.e. defeats the entire point of the product. - Apr 20: Support offered to email me a manually-generated signature. Same paste behavior, same result. - May 1: Issue still open. Asked about a refund and to escalate. - May 6: Support replied that they had "shared my feedback with the team" and wished my business luck. No fix. No refund. No escalation. The core export feature has been broken on my account for over a month. Engineering confirmed the bug is reproducible. The vendor's final response was effectively a goodbye email. If the signature builder doesn't reliably produce a pasteable HTML signature, there isn't much product left. Looking at alternatives.

It was very easy to create a digital businesscard with hihello.com. There is not much needed and the result is excellent. I use the QR-code in my apple wallet on the iphone to share my businesscard with clients and others.

UPDATE: HiHello is still one of the best digital contact/ business card companies. It is affordable and can compete with the more expensive alternatives. Try it out—you will be glad you did. 12/2023 Best free digital business card I've ever seen.

BEWARE your contacts are forced to view an ad!

I paid for the Professional tier of service only to find out that anyone that chooses to share their contact details with me is then forced to view an advertisement. I could understand if I were on a Basic tier of service....sure, serve up all the ads you want, but on the paid version?? Nowhere in their documentation do they provide notice of this forced advertisement. Unbelievable.
