I had a great experience with Hive. They are super organized logistically which I think is what resulted in really swift results. Everyone I received service from was helpful and friendly. They also offer a chat group where fellow customers can share useful info. My question to the group was answered within minutes.

I received superb service from Hive Digital Solutions. We were struggling to documents authenticated and legalized in the USA, and within a couple of weeks Scott from Hive got it done, and had it delivered to our door in China. Communication was professional and assistance were always available.

Have to get a U.S background check to apply for work permit in Shanghai, Tim is very knowledgable regarding the requirements. Since SH was in lockdown, it's hard to get fingerprint to apply for FBI background check, Tim suggest me to do state background check. It's acceptable for SH work permit, and took about one month till I received the hardcopy back from states.

I entrusted Scott @ Hive with my entire future in China at a critical time, and he came through. I was stuck in quarantine and suddenly found out I needed a background check done by the time I was free, or I'd likely need to head right back to the US. Scott helped me navigate the process, telling me the tradeoffs of different jurisdictions in which to get the check done, and offering useful advice on steps me and my company HR could take to buy additional time as well. The document arrived right on time, fully authenticated by the secretary of state and China consulate.
I do the FBI Identity History Summary with “Texan in China”(Wechat name) on 11th of June and got the report successfully on the 13th of June. Really fast!!!
