I highly recommend this service. From start to finish the whole process felt very professional. The agent Scott made the whole process easy. Even though there was a hiccup with my documents it was quickly identified and fixed.
Clear information and quick response to my questions
Great service - everything was smooth and as promised for my "non-criminal" background check. Timeline consistent, communications regular, responsive to questions.
Thanks for the kind feedback Jimmy
Very efficient quick turn around for something which I could not have done by myself or it would have been extremely difficult for me.
Thanks for the awesome feedback !
Hive did an outstanding job in helping me get needed paperwork done from overseas. Throughout the entire process they were easy to work with, transparent about timetables, and reliable. The service they provided was invaluable and saved me a lot of time and trouble. Would strongly recommend them!
We always aim for 5 star reviews , thanks for the kind words!
Very fast, very efficient..... all-around excellent!
They did what they advertised and did it cordially.
Thanks for the good feedback John
Scott was incredibly professional, communicative and friendly through what would have otherwise been a very stressful and confusing process. I have recommended his services to my friends and colleagues. If I ever need document authentication again, I will for sure use Hive.
Thanks so much for the positive feedback, it means a lot to us!
I had no idea what I needed to do when I found out that a criminal record from the US is required to apply for my Chinese PR. I am not a US citizen but I had lived in the US before, however it was 20yrs ago. Scott helped me through out the process and he was very transparent on the timing and expectations. Glad he was there to help me through or else it would have been a nightmare to find things out (and do it) myself.
Pretty solid work! Was impressed with the whole process from beginning to end. Thanks for making it practically painless!
Hive was phenomenal in both efficiency and customer service. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a service that needs authentication in a quick manner.
Having received both background check and diploma authentication from Hive Digital Solutions, the service has proven to be efficient, effective, and executed with high level of professionalism.
Very pleased with the service. I have already recommended several people to your company and will continue to do so. Thank you!
super helpful in every way and very fast to respond. even when i felt i had somewhat daft questions.
I needed to a non-criminal background to apply for a work permit. They responded quickly, explained exactly what I needed to do, and kept me updated throughout the process!
Good price in market. Fast, efficient and very helpful service. Would recommend to anyone I know who needs it.
The process was very straightforward and efficient. I was given my documents within the promised timeline. I only recommend that you make the delivery process more easier for foreigners who can’t speak Chinese.
Reliable and timely diploma authentication service.
This is the second time I used Hive for fingerprinting and authentication of an American criminal record. They exceeded my expectations and their estimates as to timeliness and communication (actually 5 weeks as opposed to an estimated 8 weeks). They kept my data on file so it was not necessary for me to make a burdensome trip the second time around. I'll definitely use them again next year.
Hive Digital Solutions was able to handle all my document needs in a fast, organized, and reliable manner. I was very impressed with their professionalism and ability to address all my questions in a timely manner. I was more than satisfied with a service that was nothing short of impeccable. I will undoubtedly be using their service again!
