It helped me stay connected during an unforgettable trip to Punta Cana!
I used HolaSIM during my trip to the Dominican Republic, and it worked perfectly. Installation was easy, the connection was stable, and I had internet access throughout my trip, which made using Uber, Google Maps, WhatsApp, and social media very convenient.
The customer support was also helpful when I had questions about the setup. I would definitely use HolaSIM again on my next international trip. Highly recommended!
I generally didn’t have any problems, but if you do, their customer service is excellent. They resolve issues quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them.
It was a very good experience. I bought it for Europe It was my first time using their service. I had tried another brand, but not Holasim, and I'm very satisfied. I chose them because they offered data plans with varying amounts of data depending on my needs. I had no problems. It was easy to install and use. A very good option.

Refund policy is bad
I haven’t tried the service yet but the fact that purchases are not refundable is terrible. If your plans changed and you no longer will travel, there’s no refund for the money you paid. Competitors offer refunds.

I bought the esim for my visit to : USA, Cayman Islands and Bahamas.
I am in Nassau right now, but the esim has not worked at all, any day.
