Excellent customer service. HolaSim page is easy to use in order to select your product. Used it last year and it works fine. Pick up was easy and quick. Post purchase instructions are clear.

I signed up for this service for mainland China. I had 1GB at normal speed, but then I couldn't even open Alipay; it became impossible. I spoke to a representative, and they told me it was due to an issue with the provider in China. They said I had 1GB fast, but the rest wasn't... IT COULDN'T BE USED. I felt completely ripped off, and it's a scam. They leave you in China without even being able to pay or translate a simple sign. They never offered me compensation. They didn't take responsibility. It's a scam.
