Ordered bye 2 get one free and 1 of the contacts I've tried out of 3 so far is not the right prescription. And they're all labeled the same script. The first pair was fine i could see perfect. I haven't opened the last pair. The number that is on the website does not go through!!! says it is the wrong number. is there a phone number to call somebody to see if they would make this right?

The lenses are super colorful even on dark eyes and most of all; they’re CONFORTABLE and not drying your eyes out, even after a few hours! I’d absolutely recommend Icoice for colorful lenses, they’re high quality and very affordable!

This company is a joke! I left a review here on Trustpilot after a terrible experience. After putting me through email after email requesting photos and requiring me to purchase white contact cases to photograph the sub par, at best, product, I see that they’ve responded to my review saying how sorry they were and that I shouldn’t have been treated the way I was blah blah blah so I reached out again. They insured my “case” would be handled by a manager and they would surely make it right🙄🙄🙄…so I wait…and wait…and wait. THEY NEVER RESPONDED BACK TO ME!!! These people have zero idea how to manage customer care. Beyond that, their product is crap and you’ll waste your time and money!!!!

The contact lenses are very cute, but I think they are a bit thick, which made my eyes burn a lot, and I am used to wearing both regular and colored lenses for my work. So I didn't find them very comfortable, in fact, not comfortable at all. But I understand and hope you can fix this for future customers, as their colors and textures are very nice and I would like to continue using them.

First of all, the website of the company is very attractive and easy to use. There are lots of different shades of coloured lenses you can find, for any ethnicity. Secondly, the packaging is the cutest I have seen so far Thirdly, Lenses are very comfortable to wear, they look very natural and for the person with dry eye syndrome didn't cause any problems. I’ve never worn contacts before and these contacts were so comfortable and easy to apply! The packaging is SO ADORABLE and the contacts come with their own cases and can last up to a whole year! I had the hardest time picking out which colors I wanted to try (in the best way possible) because of the beautiful selection they had available made it almost impossible to choose just a few!!! They have so many options from everyday colors to even Halloween and cosplay and are FDA and CE approved. Very happy with Icoice!!

I am truly impressed with the quality of these contacts. First of all, they have so many beautiful colors and styles available that it is just amazing. Then, the shipping time was so fast. The packaging and design are extremely cute! Also, the lenses themselves were so easy to put on and off with the tools they provided with the lenses. They didn’t irritate my eyes and look totally stunning when I put them on. I really want to explore more colors and designs and definitely won’t be trying any other brand now that I’ve discovered Icoice.
