What people say
Love the posters but poor customer service
Love the Star Wars posters we made with Iconic Paw. Just exactly want we wanted! The reason for the 3 stars was the poor service that I received. We needed to make changes to our posters after seeing the proofs. Getting help from anyone at Iconic Paw was the downfall. Failure to get help in a timely matter really needs to improve!!! There has to be a better process to make changes.
Love this company!
I have purchased three items from this company and remain impressed. During the pandemic, when I made my first purchase, it got lost in the mail. They sent a replacement, no questions asked. Their items are high quality and beautiful gifts. I am a repeat buyer for a reason.
Great Gift
I've received one of their portraits as a gift and I have given one as a gift. Both times were hilarious. I will treasure my Jedi Master puppy forever.
Amazing Portrait of an Iconic Doggo!
Amazing! I love this portrait of my dog! The portrait hangs in our living room and is a reminder of how iconic our dog is. The colours are beautiful and looks great with our decor!

The Purr-fect classy lady
My son's fiance loves the portrait of her classy lady cat! We made one small change and it was purr-fect.
The paintings look great
The paintings look great. They are very realistic and look like oil paintings. They made any edits I asked for before completing the project.
So happy with the outcome!
Anytime I order gifts online, I’m always skeptical of the quality. The picture I received from Iconic Paws came out amazing! It even exceeded my expectations! My husband is going to be thrilled when he opens this picture of our dogs!
Superb customer service, great quality products.
Having made one purchase last month and being so pleased with the quality of service and the product, I decided to order a second canvas print. Started to worry a bit when on the second order I didn't get any of the confirmation emails and emails to approve the design as I had with the first order so I decided to get in touch through their customer service. Got a really swift reply and it turned out that I had mis-spelt my email address!! Gabriel H got it sorted in absolutely no time and I've now received the print. Same superb quality product so doubly pleased! Recommended.
excellent, easy and beautiful work!!
excellent, easy and beautiful work! I just wish I'd ordered a larger size!! Thank you
Awesome portraits!
They were so accommodating in my special request to edit the pictures. The pictures look flawless with how they changed the photo to a painting to match the painting of the outfits chosen. The whole picture looks seamless and great.
Walter is a wonderful
Walter is a wonderful, smart, beautiful dog who is king of the house, with a ball in his mouth at all times. The depiction of him in kingly robes is absolutely perfects. Your company did such a wonderful job that you deserve 10 stars, not five. Thank you so much. I can't express how pleased I am with the picture. Thank all of the folks at your company for me.

I ordered a picture in 2024
I ordered a picture in 2024. That is amazing. Ordered one this year. You would never know it came from the same company. It’s awful.
Paw-fect Portrait
The ordering process was very smooth, and the canvas turned out perfect! It looked just like my sister’s dog, she loved it.
