My 3 month old ring lost a stone. After some haggling, I paid $25 shipping fee to have them send me a new ring. Obviously I was still under warranty but was asked to pay the shipper. I paid just under $120 for the ring so I guess this wasn’t too much.
I placed an order of over $200 after looking at your products and the shipping time, only to receive an email afterwards stating that it will take longer than expected. 😢 I don’t know if the extended processing/delivery time would have had me rethinking my purchase, but I know I would have like to have the option to find out. I am hopeful that I will receive my order in the shortest amount of time possible.
