I can’t give them 10/10 because I want to. Excellent service. Answered my initial request sent by night on my local time. When I woke the following morning there was a WhatsApp advising that it would be fixed shortly. Within an hour it was. For a confirmation that it was fixed. Due to an error on my part I had to request further assistance and it was an instant response on WhatsApp. I’m eternally grateful to them for the assistance I received.

My experience with SeTracker's customer…
My experience with SeTracker's customer support has been extremely disappointing. I have been trying to contact them for several days to resolve an issue with a smartwatch that is still linked to my old account, but I have not received any response through any of their support channels. I have sent multiple messages and have not received a single reply. A customer support service should at least acknowledge customer inquiries or provide an estimated response time. The complete lack of communication makes it impossible to solve problems and is very frustrating. I hope they improve their customer service and start responding to users' requests, because the current support is very poor.

Excellent Help with Kids Smartwatch Issue
The support team solved my smartwatch problem in no time! Quick and Expert Server Support!
I had an issue where my old GPS Watch (SeTracker compatible) was permanently locked to a lost administrator account, and the SMS factory reset commands were failing. The support team (via email) responded quickly and, using the IMEI and my details, performed the server unbind (deletion) remotely. My watch is now successfully registered to my new account. Excellent, professional, and swift service! Highly recommended for any server/binding issues!
