I was glad Jacobtime had the Timex # TW 7C31200 GZ straps for my Ironman oversized watches. And they were at a fair price. The only trouble I had is I could not speak to a Jacobtime person on the phone which made me take longer to place my order, fortunately I was able to speak to Michelle by Email which helped me. They should be able to help people through their phone and even when I tried to call them at different phone extensions they would not answer me. I really enjoy my Timex Oversized Ironman watches and I needed two of these bands/straps because I had two identical watches that needed straps. I was having trouble putting the new straps on my watches and took them to my Jewler to have put on. I appreciate Jacobtime having the straps I needed. Thank you so much, Harvey Brendle

The watch is as described. It was bought as a gift for a child. I set the date, time, etc on arrival. 10ish days later, when the gift was opened it was clear the watch wasn't keeping time. I'm disappointed to need to troubleshoot this so soon, even if all it needs is a new battery.

I had a very hard time to reach out to the customer service department. I got two orders of the same thing. I left several messages and no feed back and no help at all. I will never buy from this company again. Horrible experience. No body has contacted me to resolve the issue.

I was sent a counterfeit fjallraven kanken back pack and when I emailed customer service I was told that they didn't sell counterfeit fjallraven. I checked the bag against genuine fjallraven and it was missing several key features that proved it was a fake. Unfortunately I had already given it to my nephew as a gift and couldn't return it. I don't recommend buying ANYTHING FROM THEM!
