Not my fault

I purposely went into my account and cleared out all my addresses from past orders I then proceeded make a new order Jomashop picked a random address that I used once to gift someone something and sent my whole order there I sm no longer in contact with that person and all jomashop keeps saying is sorry you chose the wrong address no I didn't I erased that from my account weeks ago so now im out of over 100 dollars and no items I ordered and the customer service rep was so incompetent and rude

Jomashop is my go-to for fragrance purchases! These are clearly genuine fragrances in original packaging. I’ve even purchased some samples of really niche fragrance samples that I otherwise would not have been able to afford.

Excellent buys and savings on perfume brands

Great experience with Jomashop on two different brands of perfume. I received the first bottle within a week and the other a few weeks later just as stated on the order description. The savings made it worth the wait. I will be buying other items in the future and will recommend to friends.

Wife's Citizen Wristwatch

I purchased a Citizen watch for my wife and I was pleased with the price and shipping time.

No problems this time but still haven’t received my LAST order!

No problems this time but we can start by rectifying my last order (placed on 7/31/26) which was never delivered. (Gift set Tous 1925). The tracking number I was provided by customer service indicated that the product arrived a day before I even ordered it. SMH. Hopefully I will get a refund or my product.

One of the worst customer service reps

One of the worst customer service reps. I’ve ordered more than 7 watches through them and customer service is always shitty! The reason I bought several watches since they’ve got very low price point on certain brands that I wanted. Just canceled a 2nd order due to misleading eta and zero accommodations for their false advertising. AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless they’re that much cheaper on the item you want.

selling old stock items and very poor customer care

they sell items with good prices. the problem is the quality of items they sold and the return policy. bought designer runber sandals from them and after less than a year the sandals tore apart on its own, showing that it was an old stock item. contacted customer service and none was offered not even a sorry for selling old stock items.
