I’m a longtime customer of jomashop. For years, every single fragrance and watch that I’ve purchased from this website has been authentic, and absolutely amazing. I have had a great experience with them every single time! I’ve never wanted to return anything, but I love that their watches have a two-year warranty. They have the best prices, hands-down especially for niche products that are really hard to get discounts on. They already beat the price of most competitors and on top of that you can usually add an additional discount or free shipping! That’s value you can’t beat - 10/10 would recommend to my friends and family.

They deny sending incorrect item
I ordered a perfume for my wife for Mother's Day. They sent me a box that had the receipt for the correct perfume and a bottle of the incorrect perfume. For months, I tried to contact them to inform them the order was wrong, but they ignored me. They finally responded in August, and after looking at pictures of the item they sent me and my receipt, their customer service rep called me a liar, and they sent me the correct item. The item in the picture I sent to them was not the item they sent me. Don't buy anything from them; if they make a mistake, it is your mistake for trusting them. You will never get your money back. They are criminals!
