So far I have loved the jumpsport pro. I wanted something new to add to my workouts. I have used this everyday. It is just so easy to add 20 minutes as it is fun. I love using it after my row workout. Quality of the equipment is amazing. This rebounder is solid does not move around as you bounce.

I Love this Rebounder!

I have a very old rebounder without a company name. I have seen many reviews and recommendations for Jumpstart rebounders but was leery to spend the money so I kept using my old one. I ended up straining my thigh and glute muscles because my rebounder was too stiff. I bit the bullet and bought the Jumpsport 350 Pro and have not regretted it for a minute. It is a dream to bounce on. It is so smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend this rebounder. It was well worth the price.

My rebounder is great

My rebounder is great, I received it quickly and it took me about 15 minutes to get the legs on and I was up and working out! Really love it!

I ordered a handle bar for my Jumpsport…

I ordered a handle bar for my Jumpsport and received an email saying my order was placed on hold until they hear back from me. Jumpsport did not have a record of me purchasing a rebounder with them (I had bought it from a retailer), and they wanted to verify that the handle bar I ordered would work with my rebounder. I really appreciate the extra effort they took to do this. A lot of places would just take your money and ship it out. I highly recommend Jumpsport!

One Week In, and I'm Already Seeing Benefits!

It has only been a week since I assembled my JumpSport (putting the legs on was super easy!), but I can honestly say I absolutely love it. I started with the health bounce for just 2–3 minutes a day and have gradually increased to 5 minutes, three times a day. I either play my favorite music or watch TV, and the time flies by. The rebounder is comfortable, quiet, and enjoyable to use. I was already a pretty good sleeper, but since I started using it, I've noticed that I sleep more deeply and wake up feeling even more rested. I'm excited to continue using it and see what other health benefits I experience.

I'm thrilled with my new rebounder!

I'm thrilled with my new rebounder! It's much more well-made, sturdily built, and heavy-duty than I expected. (I had hoped it would be due to its price, but nowadays, unfortunately, there's a lot of crap being sold out there at high prices.) It was very simple to attach the legs (again, those legs are solid!) and when I climbed on and started bouncing, I instantly fell in love with it! I have a lot of work to do to get myself healthy and fit again (I was an athlete and a personal trainer for many years), including healing painful muscles and joints ... and this rebounder is going to be what gets me there. Thank you! The only complaint I have is that the box arrived opened. Luckily, nothing was missing since the rebounder, its legs, and wrench were completely wrapped in tough plastic. I highly and happily recommend this product! Happy bouncing! :)

I received my rebounder and my handle…

I received my rebounder and my handle on the same day. One piece of the handle was made incorrectly. I called up and they had me send a picture and it was replaced immediately so that was very fast turnaround. They fixed the problem. It was great no hassle at all. It was great customer service.

Excellent service and quality product!

I emailed when I saw the product out of stock and received a quick and courteous response letting me know the rebounder I wanted would be back in stock with in the next week. A few days later it was in stock and I placed my order. I accidentally order the wrong handle bar so I emailed again. Customer service was great! They fixed my order and I had my new rebounder and handle bar within a week.

Love the Rebounder!! Very Nice bounce! Got the Elevate color, clean look except for a brown greasy substance on 8 of the white bungees. Been scrubbing them Other than that nice rebounder!
