Was happy to find a product that the manufacturer even did not currently have in stock! As K9 cuisine is listed as being located in Nebraska, I was certainly thinking it'd be a few days before getting my order. Imagine my surprise when it got here the NEXT DAY - they must have a network throughout the country they can tag to get orders to customers ASAP. Kudos! This should be more widely known 😁
I ordered and received Red Paw Balanced Fat. It's a wonderful supplement for high energy, working dogs, and hard keepers. The product is hard to find on the website without a Google search (doesn't appear to be in the menu or list of supplements). The product did seem to take some time to be shipped and delivered, however arrived in good condition, and I've since ordered again. I'm really delighted that K9Cuisine carries this product, and hope they will carry additional performance supplements. I have a kennel with four operational SAR dogs and two up and coming dogs, as well as a hobby farm with three livestock guardian dogs that live out in the elements. Supplements like this are important to the industry of working dogs.
This order was shipped to the wrong address and luckily the person who received it who lives quite far from me was able to find me through google so I was able to retrieve the order. This is completely unacceptable for this purchase amount.
