I had an issue with the app not tracking my game progress and I wasn’t getting monetary credit. I contacted customer support with my issue. After a few screenshots and screen recording my issue was handled in a timely manner. I was given my credit and customer support was very courteous with responses.

Update:July 31, What i don't understand is how they respond to positive feedback that was just posted and reviewed withing an hour or two and to several positive reviews today but they can't respond to support emails or a negative review on the same f'ing website. My account was closed due to my not having accessed myaccount for 90 days. Per an email I received, I was able to contact support to unlock my account and regain access and withdraw the funds in my account. Support was extremely prompt in their service. I will continue to play if I am able to get the games to track - that is why I had discontinued play. Im sure if I contact support, they will be helpful with that as well.

Fix ya'lls Tracking! It's not fair to the players for ya'lls mistake
N it takes so long to earn money with the games n the levels. The pays on the levels are so low. In the game Mahjong tiles i worked to get up to level 416 n somewhere between 200 n 250 ya'lls game stopped tracking my progress n didn't give me credit from level 250 to 400 so I lost out in that money. Which wasn't fair to me because I completed those levels n you sure in the hell can't cheat on my phone n ya'lls game now come on people. That wasn't my fault ya'lls game messed up. I'm so disappointed w/ ya'll it's not funny. I haven't been on Kashkick since I had that conversation w/ that lady called Bryanna if I even spelled her name right. Alot of people play your games thru you that I know n I will let them know what ya'll did. N it doesnt matter if I would have wrote the dates down like the lady asked me or not because I still wouldn't have got credit for my progress.I really loved playing Mahjong tiles it had no timer n I could think about my options n my moves n take my time. Some levels i zipped right thru them. If ya'll would get another Mahjong tiles game on ya'lls list n raise the cents per level n fix ya'lls TRACKING! I don't like any other games ya'll have listed on ya'lls list. I'm just so disgusted. I did all that for nothing. Ya'll would be upset to if ya'll would be in my shoes.
