Customer service was good but they dont work to get to the root of the problem on their end. Like why did the game track correctly until the very last payout? It happens on the regular and it sucks to have to reach out to have it manually credited every time.

I haven’t had any issues with the app til recently where one of the game wasn’t tracking. I reached out to support and they responded quickly. They were able to help get the rewards I had completed that weren’t tracking. My experience with support was excellent.

I’m frustrated that the level of service you get depends on the person that helps you. I keep having issues where games are downloaded and the progress isn’t updating (or a game just doesn’t show at all, so I wasted time playing 19 levels & did an in-app purchased & was told there’s nothing they can do). And yet another person will be kind and say please send a screen recording showing that you open up KashKick and then go to the game. And screenshots of your Screen Time on your phone for the particular game to make it right.
I’m spending a lot of time circling back with people playing games to earn $ and I’m spinning my wheels. And I’m starting to wonder if it would be better to try a different app that will actually pay out & at higher amounts. It feels like too much effort for $.05 & $.10 rewards.

Initial payouts take up to 60 days depending on how the money is earned.
If you’re playing a game, it could take up to 30 days for verification by kashkick.
It then takes up to another 30 days for the payout process.
Also, if you’re playing a game, make sure you don’t delete it after the initial install. If you do, and try to re-install, they stop tracking the rewards; even though you completed the tasks.

Missing Earnings
Even though my account is showing that my tracking health is good to go, I have had issues with earnings on multiple games.
