Great customer service! Very friendly and extremely quick and prompt to respond. Any issue I have had has been addressed within minutes of submitting a ticket and rectified almost immediately. Most apps I've played (which is alot) are typically addressed by the following day if not longer. I don't know whether this app uses AI generated responses but if they do A+ for working the kinks out to solve issues. If they are real people thats even better. I have wasted alot of time on other apps arguing with an AI response system and trust me it never ends well. Well done Kashkick for your prompt customer service!!!
