Yarith, the support person, was quick and efficient. Got me the answers I needed and gave me clear instructions on how to address the issue. I had another question the next day, got Yarith again, and again Yarith was great in understanding my question and quickly resolving my request. It's wonderful to actually text with a live human vs. a bot that attempts to sound human but doesn't understand what you're asking for. Thanks for the help, and great job Yarith!
I'm still rather new using Keycheck, and needed support to make necessary changes. The person helping me clearly understood the issue and helped me update the changes and waited until the end to make sure all went well. Very supportive, knowledgeable, kind and patient!
I wanted to ask a question just to ensure that my email address was corrected on the site and while there we went a little further and decided to make sure that I was ready to proceed with taking on a tenant. Vanessa Guerrero patiently took the time to talk me through each section and advise me that I still needed to do more prior to proceeding and to check back again so that we can be sure that I am ready.
