After I cancelled the order, you guys still sent the package. I will never buy a gorilla tent, kind lights or whatever supplements you sell. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. You should answer your phone instead of doing the chats via your website.

THE BEST GROW GEAR!!

Kind led is the best grow light company out there!! I’ve been using kind led light for almost 3 year now and I love every product I own!! I started out with the K5 XL1000 wifi enabled and it’s a beast!! Than they released the X² and I got that gave it 2 runs with the controller and I just got another X² setup!! The customer service/grow support is what sets Kind led different from the rest, a team dedicated to help you become a better grower… In all honesty in the past 2+ years I have gotten bigger yields tastier buds and frosty dense nugs! All buy switching to Kind led!!! I don’t right reviews for trash, only waste my time to spread the word on AMAZING Products and services!! Definitely recommend everyone to give kind led a shot!

I've been using Kind Led for over 9 years now and I still love them!!!

If this is how things work normally at GS they are in trouble

The day after my light was shipped they discontinued that LED line and announced new lights so I cancelled to see what new was in store and got to pay $60 for the privilege, so Kind LED gets a zero from me. I also got a Gorilla branded carbon filter but they shipped out the wrong one, not the wrong size, a whole different brand. Eventually I got that straightened out but it took the better part of a month and way more work than necessary. The bright spot was the customer service rep I dealt with at Growstrong, Mike T. who got everything corrected with the filter but was unable to reason with the company about the "restocking" fee for the light. Time will tell on my Lotus nutes because thats in progress. While I have wanted to upgrade to a Gorilla tent for along time I'm not sure I want to deal with this level of hassle again even though they are great tents, if I do I think it will be direct with my local shop even if higher priced so any issues can be dealt with more easily.

Ordered XL-650 and paid with AMEX card

Ordered XL-650 and paid with AMEX card. Did not hear anything for several days, contacted customer service, and they said they were out of stock. Took several days to refund money also.

XL750 a $1250 product did not work out…

XL750 a $1250 product did not work out the box like the rest of these 1 star reviews im reading now. I saw a few when I first started researching this company and thought these people were just unlucky. Turns out I'm one of them too. Not only that, I had to pay $700 for a loaner on a credit card cause I used all my actual money on an overpriced product that didn't work. 2 months, 5 phone calls and 20+ emails I'm still waiting for them to refund my money on the loaner they've had sitting in a warehouse for over 2 weeks. Customer service is a masters class at a clown college. I wish I took these reviews more seriously when doing the research because you could very likely end up being one of these unlucky people like me.
