Quite a surprise_ awesome value and quality
Recently purchased the Andsky Apex 50. Lots of pros with this bike. Great value, ease of ordering along with quick shipment. Very easy to assemble and a dream to ride. Fast, smooth and easy to handle. Lots of PAS modes and drive modes so you can get where you want to go, however you want to get there. Only con would be the weight, nice to have when your riding but somewhat difficult to manuver in the garage.

REFUSE TO RETURN!
I purchased an E bike from this company. And upon assembling it and taking it for a test stride, I noticed the bike had. A severe wobble, I took it to a registered E bike shop and got it. I says that assessed and they said that the weight distribution on the bike due to the second battery was unsafe and the only way to correct it was to take off the second battery When I contacted customer service, which was a 2 day process, they told me to just take off the second battery. I told them that was the whole reason that I purchased the bike was to have the second battery, and if I couldn't ride it with it, then I must return it because it was unsafe. They refused and I am now pursuing it with legal action.

Good first ride. Easy to put together. Could use a better set of peddles, more durable against rocks.
Display not working
I purchased two Andsky at the same time, shipping was good received them in a reasonable time. I am having trouble with one of the bikes, it’s charged and the LCD display turns on then shuts off after a second and will not turn on. Took the battery out checked wires and nothing. Sent e mail and no response.

Initially left a 5 star review but I’m changing that. The bike has about 100 km on it and it’s basically fallen apart. I spent almost $3000 on it and I’m going to be throwing it out now. The rear rack completely fell apart, and I couldn’t use the rear battery. Both brakes have been destroyed twice and it’s even destroyed the new brakes. I’ve tried to put on. It rattles like crazy has absolutely terrible suspension, and the control system has a ridiculous delay. That makes it almost impossible to control. It’s just a crap bike.

My husband loves his bike
Problem free quality
The bike was so easy to get up and running. The fat tires have not gone flat even though I went in areas that before had given me plenty of flats. The torque is incredible and impressive. The bike is stable at speeds over 50MPH. I only had to make minor adjustments to the derailer and the oil in the brake lines was plenty sufficient. I clamped the bike raised on a stand with little difficulty but next time will be even easier.

It took a couple of weeks
It took a couple of weeks, when the bike got here it was simple to put together and it is everything that Andsky claimed to be!!! Very satisfied!!!

Canadian customer. Purchase was a breeze. Email confirming payment and shipping label created. Shipped in three days from Toronto to a northern address. No surprise fees when shipping arrived! Over all excellent customer service and communications! Also the Apex 50 52v is way more Beefer then online photos I am pleased with its performance and range! I would say 2.5 hours of flat out riding and maybe 3.5 hours with peddling. Just throttle and high speeds averaging 35 mph I got 31 miles. Doing same with peddling I got 47 miles. Great bike love the awd!
