I'm getting the bike was good but I asked for the front blinkers and also I bought the $99 lock and when I got the items the ones that I had to install did not have directions on the box or anything and then the lock I got a combination lock which I ordered a key lock instead and it's been over almost 2 weeks that I've been going back and forth with your office and they tried giving me this key lock that was not comparable to the one that I bought then they wanted me to pay $20 to ship it back for your guys's mistake and I told him no and it's been back and forth on this and finally hopefully got it resolved where I'll mail this off today and once you guys get it they're supposed to credit me back and then send me the key lock instead of the combination I think that the customer service needs to be improved greatly

I understand your frustration and apologize for the inconvenience; we will improve our service, and regarding the lock, the description clearly states it is a combination lock without a key.
This is the second identical bike that I bought and I like both of them but have not ridden either one yet I am waiting for better weather and I am still waiting for some of the options for the second one so I can finish putting it together although I can still use it
I will leave a updated review when I ride them but at this point I am happy to the heavy duty bikes that are well built and I have all the options that I can get on both of them
Was delivered very quickly some of the options took a little longer
The options could have come with better directions but I was able to figure it out how to put together

Andusky e-bike will work with you to resolve all issues
After my first review of Anduskyebike their company contacted me and worked with me for a solution to me not receiving my 2 items (turn signals and rear light) that I did not receive and the mirrors that I already had, which they let me keep because it would have cost me more than I paid for the mirrors to send back to them and refunded me my money for everything! I had already purchased the Apex 50 e-bike from them for my grandson for Christmas which is an amazing bike in itself and he loves it! I did not realize when I ordered my merchandise from them that the Apex-50 already had all of these items, that is why I was trying to return them and I had not received the turn signals nor the back light because they were out of stock. So, this company is amazing and will do their best to help you with your issues.

This company made a well thought out e-bike , all heavy duty with a great look and performance plus. It is truly a Mercedes of bicycles . I can’t wait for the snow to go away so I can start putting mileage on it . Thank you Andsky .

Order conflict
We thought we ordered a Gravita LS but received a Gravita SO.
My wife is having a hard time getting her leg over the bar
As to your response that is why my comment started with “we thought “
We received several order confirmations but none showed what was ordered only the price and and shipping information
If we wanted the bar we would have upgraded to the dual motor
Sorry for using this app to get your attention but couldn’t find any other way
All else is great

I’ve checked your order, and it shows that the model purchased was the Gravita SO. It’s possible that the SO option was selected at checkout when the order was placed.

Andsky apex 50 Christmas present.
Arrived in great condition with all accessories I ordered. Assembled and checked out all systems with no problems. Adjusted fit for me and rode it. Rides differently from my old e-bike but will adjust my riding style.
This is a well-engineered bicycle that is a pleasure to ride.
Delivery was smooth and on schedule.

The bike actually went together very easy. It does take some common sense but take your time and think it through and you will be very pleased with it. The hardest part for me was getting the battery off. I was shocked at the size.it is not a toy. I am very pleased with this bike.
It’s a good bike. I also own a Wallke pro max and this bike out of the box was way more comfortable that my pro max. Over all impressed with the bike. It looks nice too. Some bikes look nerdy, but this one turns heads. Please keep the blue color scheme it is a nice blue

Need Help? Just ask Emily. She is the best, fast responce and so helpful.
Andskyebike has the absolute best after sales customer service of any company I have come across in my 75 yrs on the planet. Emily, has gone overboard to help me with minor product issues and more importantly has helped me 3 separate times to acquire and receive help and products that are not standard, but I wanted to upgrade my Apex 50.
Received my apex50 and was astonished at the size and weight of the box, I have never seen anything that was packed in such a way to protect everything possible 5🌟my god is that box heavy, unpacked and laid everything out then watched a u tube video of the assembly of the bike which was brilliant as you can go through each stage and pause etc the look and feel of the bike seems very well made and robust( heavy), accessories are good with everything like rack bag, pump, waterproof phone holder, water bottle rack, lock which I would upgrade to a better quality, I could keep writing on and on but overall I’m very impressed with the quality, design and price of the apex50. 5/12/2025 just been out and 35 mph( private land) awesome
