I placed an order 2 days ago & I still have yet to receive my tracking number or when I'm expected to be receiving my clothing at my address. I also included that I wanted expedited shipping meaning it'll come in a couple days. I'm getting nervous as I did spend close to $300 & I don't want to be disappointed.

My 1st order shipped and it's in the US already. My second order I paid extra shipping to get it delivered a certain time and I told Bella before 24 hours after ordering that if they were unable to deliver in that time frame to cancel my order. It's been almost 12 days since I placed my order my order hasn't shipped and she won't refund me my money without taking 30% because it's the policy. Which the policy says you can cancel within 24 hours. At this point I just want my money back and I will never order anything else from them that I need before a certain time. I will do a update when my 1st order arrives. I ordered that on the 1st with flat rate shipping.
Update: I just received my 1st items today Aug 3rd and the items does look like picture and the site is real. They need a lot of work on customer service tho because they suck. Now waiting on my 2nd package which was ordered on July 8th with standard shipping

I had really hi hopes for this company. The clothes i did receive is amazing! I love the material and sizing. But my order was missing two item out of 5 and now im getting the run around. Shipping took about a month but that was expected. I wanted to place another order but since the 1st on wasn't completed i don't trust a 2nd.

I order 5 items for myself and 5 items picked by my mother on June 5th. And I was sent a tracking number and all 10 items were delivered to my door on July 3rd after paying the additional duties and customs placed by my country 🙄. Anyway 2 of my mother's dress was tight on the arms so it has to be altered. It all came in the lovely packaging in a box. I'm glad I got all my items.

Update : I received the rest of my items finally 06/20. I ordered April 18 and got two items on 05/18. I thought they were a scam because it took FOREVER. I literally had gave up. I stopped bothering them every day and was just gonna take my L on getting scammed. Still only 3 stars because it took them a long time to send my items even though I paid $50 for 4-7 day shipping. The customer service is also poor. They need to update contact information. Overall the clothes fit perfect and look like what’s on the website.

Wow I wish I had a saw that before I place my order I would not have never ordered I ordered it June 13th 2020 and I have not received anything either I emailed them twice or three times about my order have not received no tracking number to keep telling me it takes time to process the order but it sure didn't take time to take my money and I wanted these outfits before my birthday which is August 3rd I'm so disappointed and it's messed up bad for business sad people have to go through this this is bad for business either send me my order and send me my money but since I'm seeing what I'm seeing I prefer just to have my money back

Hi ladies you will get your order. I finally got mine today. I ordered may.3rd I really thought I had just lost 224.00 everything fit the way I expected it to. Material is not one I would normally buy but every item was just like the items on the page. I will only give a few stars because it did take forever. Idk if I will order again because the wait was terrible and they should let you know upfront that it will take a while.

Finally received my items after waiting since April 18,2020. Your company is receiving so many bad reviews because of your dishonesty, I understand delivery is slow because of COVID 19 but why LIE to consumers making us assume our delivery is on the way with a tracking number when in reality your company has no idea when it will arrive because of COVID 19. However I’m very pleased with my items (true to size), I would’ve given more stars if I wasn’t lied to several times about my delivery order. (Unprofessional)

Its hard to get ahold of anybody, i ordered my clothes on 5/18 and still havent received any updates and its a month now, i got shipping numbers but they dont lead to anything. I'm hoping my packages come i really wanted them for my birthday.

This is my 3rd and final review of KnowfashionStyle... After two and a half months of waiting I finally got my package today and it is exactly what I ordered. I do like what I bought but it wasn't worth waiting two months for so needless to say I won't be ordering from this company again and I really wouldn't recommend anyone else to either. Unless you don't mind waiting forever

I thought this was a scam when I ordered and had not received my order within 2 weeks. I read all of the reviews and thought I was out of $200.00. I sent emails and kept getting "We are urgently preparing your order. Will send tracking number when order is sent. Please don't worry!" I gave them time and waited patiently. I received the tracking number and tracked it with the shop app that tracks orders from anywhere. The app told me where my package was and the arrival date. I also knew when they were delivered. My order came. The clothes look exactly like the picture and fit true to size. It might take a minute, but it was worth it.

I ordered 4/16 and after several weeks and emails I finally got a tracking number 5/26. I was just about to submit my claim to PayPal for a refund the I got the email saying it was shipped. The tracking number did not update until 6/5 when it was actually received by USPS. I FINALLY got my order today. The quality is not bad for what I paid. All in all, if you order something don't expect it for a few months AND definitely don't pay for the "expedited" shipping. It is coming from China it will take a while to get. But the pieces I bought are nice and true to size that's the only reason why I gave 3 stars.

I’m like ya..where my order..I haven’t heard a thang.BBBUUUTTT..what I learned after disputing with PayPal was the company DID respond to me the same day I made my order. The way technology is today, there is no excuse for their poor communication. When I made my order I received no order, tracking number, nothing via email...so it was easy to assume they were trying to get over. I apologized, but you need to communicate on their website. Make you an account on their site and that is how they communicate. So if you hadn’t heard nothing, check their website..you may have a message waiting on you.
