Excellent Product and Customer Service
Been using Leawo Itransfer for about 10 years. Had a small problem with the program recently when I could not activate it on my new computer even after uninstalling from old one. Customer service was outstanding responding to my help request within one day and quickly resovled the issue. I worry more about customer service with a product than the actual product in many cases and Leawo is outstanding.

Bait-and-switch scheme
Bait-and-switch scheme. The site looks as though you will get 16 apps in 1, but instead you get just one. Leawo refused to refund my money and even disabled the product on my computer! Now I have not app and no money. Shady, shady company.

awful company you buy a lifetime licence and a few months later they lift some modules , and replace them and want you to repay for them disgusting scammers
Top-notch program and company
iTransfer is a very easy-to-use program, better than any others that I have tried. Customer support is 'old school', that is they actually help you, and quickly at that. Couldn't ask for more.

I use their software all the time and the occasions where I've made mistakes and needed help their customer service was prompt, helpful and stress free. Highly recommended.
A one star review for deceptive…
A one star review for deceptive business practices is warranted. The pitch never mentioned subscription, every piece of the sale said I purchased the software, even down to the disc they mailed and all of the instructions. A year later, poof! more money to make it keep working. Felt like ransomware. It's good software, but not worth an annual subscription.

While it did not work with MacOS 12.3 a quick response from Support and now it is working just fine. This suite does everything one could possibly need when it comes to Video, BluRay, DVD. I would definately recommend this to anyone looking for this functionality.
Leawo = great products and service
Leawo produces great products that actually do what they state. I use the Prof Media for converting old DVDs to a digital format, and they do a perfect job at that. I like how I can adjust the quality level to what I want. I also use the DRM removal to pull some videos and music out of iTunes that I play in the background on my computer while working. I find this easier than loading and running iTunes in the background which is a CPU hog. Playing them in Windows Media player allows my computer to still run at a decent speed while working. The customer service form Leawo is one of the best I have ever come by. When I have a problem, they respond to my email very quickly and have always provided a solution that works first time. There is no going back and forth with low level techs who don't understand the issue. Any issue is quickly and immediately resolved. I also like that they understand computer can "break" and if you have to add a new hard drive, they will reset your license so you can have the software you already paid for on the new hard drive / computer. They don't try to scam you into purchasing another license like some other companies. Overall, excellent products and exceptional customer service. The software does what it say's and they stand by / support their products to a high level,
Leawo Music Recorder - Best in Class
I tested several different streaming audio recorders, some freeware, some with monthly or yearly subscriptions, some with lifetime licenses. Some did not work at all on my Windows 10 PC, some had several seconds delay before recording was possible, one product allowed only 128 kbps, others only up to 256 kbps MP3, one product even produced blue screens (BSOD) and was very hard to delete afterwards. IMO: Leawo Music Recorder is the best so far! It has an intuitive interface, the program is very responsive and there are no conflicts with other audio apps on my PC. I can record streams up to 320 kbps/48 KHz (MP3) or choose WAV and encode it myself - quite sufficient for my needs and the streaming offer on the Internet. Customer support is also very good and - very fast (same business day response!). And, last but not least: The prices are very moderate.
"Blu-ray Copy" is a SCAM!
I spent $65 to purchase Leawo Blu-ray Copy. It claims to "Copy any Blu-ray/DVD to blank disc or hard drive". But it only copies the first 5 minutes of video/audio. If you want to actually copy the whole movie, you have to pay an additional $385! I'm now trying to get get my money back via their "30 day money back guarantee". However, it appears I will most likely have to file a fraud claim with my credit card company to get my money back. *Update They are not honoring their 30-day money back guarantee because I activated the software. I am now in the process of starting legal action. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT PURCHASE ANY LEAWO SOFTWARE. You will regret it.
The ONLY app to open our H265 camvid!
This is the ONLY application I could find that would open the H265 files from a video camera system. No other program we tried (and we tried a LOT of them - free and paid) would open the file. This one not only opened it, but would let us export it into MP4. Highly recommend!
Best program 4K to 1080p!!
It’s the best program to convert 4K to 1080p lossless! I can tell you, it’s looks excellent!! The support is so great! Fixed a problem about screen resolution! I’ve been tried several programs, and Leawo Converter is amazing! 5 start definitely!
Great price and results
I found the ripper to be VERY effective and fast. Excellent quality for both the audio and video as it is important for me to maintain Blu-Ray playback quality for on the go and sharing through plex media server.
Blu-ray Burning & Copy Software
After 3 years of using a competitors product that kept failing I switch to Leawo's Blu-ray/DVD Creator, Copy and Video Converter modules. I had a little difficulty getting started and their help was just fantastic. Very quick responses and the softwares all work as advertised and suit my needs very well. Burning time was great, less than half the time as other softwares I've used, from 4 hours plus to just 1 to 1-1/2 hours for an 1-1/2 hour Blu-ray movie. Great products Leawo.
