Thank you for the bracelet. It is beautiful. It got here so quick. The only thing that would be better is if the kit that you can purchase , to insert the ashes and glue the opening shut , was included in the bracelet purchase.

Excellent customer service. When the text was too long on the memorial stone they worked with me through multiple proofs to get the stone perfect. The stone turned out beautiful and the urn ordered was gorgeous. I'm in the US and both items were shipped 2-day shipping from Europe which is amazing and I did not expect. Everything was very well packaged in shipping as well.

The bottom of the large urn was not attached. Fortunately we were able to glue it in place and it worked. One of the two small urns was not the same style. Despite the above, the urn is absolutely beautiful and customer service representative is a very helpful and kind person.

LegendURN was easy to deal with even overseas. Only problem was a small chip that has fallen out. We found it and did our best to glue it in. I was very pleased to find a biodegradable urn with significance for my late husband’s ashes.
