Very fast referral service to multiple potential lenders (many called on the same day and all within 24 hours). The three lenders from whom we pursued quotes all provided preliminary quotes within about 3 days. We were quite happy with our final choice of lender and were able to close our VA backed loan within 30 days.

Good process! Lender didn't adequately disclose warranty information and he was obviously frustrated when I indicated I didn't want it on my loan. I suspect there are incentives tied to warranties when added to an account.

Honestly do not put any of your info into LendingTree. Don’t try them out. I wanted to see what a second mortgage would cost me and details on it so I put info into their website. I got some good info, but within 10 minutes I had 12 calls and 8 emails. They are honestly the scourge of the earth and a company you should avoid. They sell your info as soon as you hit complete.
Application is always quick and seamless. Payout is quick!
