Easy to use mobile application, easy to navigate offers, and select offer. Service and contact from lender representatives was efficient. It would be effective for the customer to have an option to choose to notify lenders that they have moved forward with a financial institution/lender and no longer need service or no longer need to be contacted do to accepting the terms of a specific lenders' terms of financing, thereby agreeing to move forward to the loan approval process. Lending Tree did just what they said, I received many many many calls. I did finaly choose AmeriSave. After waiting many weeks and putting my project on hold to wait for my funding. I received a call today telling me I was not getting my refinice mortgage and I did not get a home equity loan. I was up front from the first phone call with what I am doing with my home. The estamated finished value of my home is $270,000.00- 300,000.00. I only owe $30,000.00 on my home and only 4 years left to pay
