Beware of tactics by their partners. Got qualified for SBA and two conventional loans for our business. Then they wanted an additional 5k on top of Lendistry fees which was already 10l plus. I knew something wasn’t right so I called them directly and was told the fees are already included. Then I had to resubmit all info and docs to receive totally different loans but supplied the same exact info as before. Then they asked questions regarding the other company called Block Equity Group which I explained everything that has transpired. Got an approved loan and then two days later told sorry no deal here. Not only did I almost get robbed by their partner but then also told no deal after already being approved. This is not a company you want to do business with if they choose clients being extorted for thousands of dollars. To me it seems they chose the partner that gets them millions in SBA funding over the family owned and operated company needing funding to grow. You have been warned. I wonder how many other clients fell for their partners tricks.

Every time I gave up every single piece of information that was wanted there was always more... That is extremely frustrating. Also I am all of a sudden getting a whole bunch of spam mails through my text message about my loans.... This is the only site that I've been on... That is also irritating. I don't appreciate my information being shared.

The process of getting the business Loan was pretty smooth, the agent that I work with was helpful that wasn’t a problem. My biggest issue is they are a business that supposed to help small businesses. Their interest rate is ridiculously high over 14% and they are unwilling to renegotiate help businesses in paying down the loan with reasonable rates. Finally, when I attempted to make a $6000 payment I was hit with a fee of $576 to move forward when you’re attempting to pay off your loan and you’re being charged to pay it off quickly that’s predatory and not in the spirit of helping small businesses thrive which I believe is their motto. It appears to me they’re just in the business of making money. I’m extremely disappointed.

Lendistry may be a good company but I have a problem with them. My company closed in January of this year and they continue to send me email solicitations. I replied to and said the company no longer exists but it turns out that no one reviews those emails. All other communication channels I am aware of are loan applications or a variant. I am leaving this review--without commenting on their services--to alert them to the nuisance the are causing me and, no doubt, others.

Unlike many other non-traditional banks I dealt with in the past, they were very transparent and upfront with every detail.
