I have purchased several ground lights and one is defective. They are the worst company to honor a warranty... They do not respond to emails, phone to no avail. My purchase was well within the warranty period and to no avail is this company honorable and provides dishonest customer service. Beware of purchasing from them .. Once and done. Never again.

I lost a small bracket to hang the lights, they offered to sell me just a bracket or a smaller pack of the same lights lights. It was my fault I lost the bracket and for them to actually provide parts is HUGE most companies do not offer replacement parts now a days. Anyways I ended up buying the smaller pack to have extras just in case! Of course as soon as the lights showed up, I found the bracket in the dirt… But I have extra lights if any ever malfunction! I installed 40 lights in front and back, they all work great!
Replacement process is easy, never blame on me or raising wired question.

so just to give you some context, I was looking at some of their fixtures for a backyard project and wasnt sure if the mounting situation would work with my setup. Sent them an email expecting maybe a generic response or to get bounced around. Not gonna lie, I was impressed. Got a real answer within a day, and when I had a follow up question they walked me through it patiently. No copy paste nonsense, the person actually read what I wrote and addressed the specific issue. Took maybe three emails total over a couple days and I had all the info I needed. Your mileage may vary but my experience with their support was solid. They seem to genuinely care about getting the fit right before you buy, which I respect. Nice change from companies that just want the sale and disappear after.

I highly recommend LeonLites. Wonderful quality. We have the landscape lights. Very stylish. Love the style of the LED lights as they give plenty of light around our house. Their customer service is excellent. You contact them & they answer immediately. I had to order a few replacement lights & I contacted them with my order & got an invoice via email immediately, paid my invoice online & they are sent out immediately. Fantastic company to deal with. Highly recommend not only the lights but their customer service dept as well. A company you can trust.
