Kate did a fantastic job optimizing my resume. I did a literature degree, am in a senior role and lead a large team so my resume coming into the process was not 'bad', however it has been so useful to get a professional perspective on how I could improve everything from formatting & overall structure, phrasing & keyword optimization.
