Terrible experience. Not ats compliant, two pages long instead of standard 1 page. Basically ai generated, you might aswell prompt chat gpt instead. I received feedback from multiple executives that it was not an acceptable resume.
Did a great job at telling me what I was doing good in and what to improve.
I was very impressed with the quick response time and the professionalism throughout the review process. The recommendations they provided were thoughtful, practical, and tailored to improving my resume. I also appreciated the clear timeline they outlined for delivering the updated resume. I'm looking forward to seeing the new resume they put together for me and am confident it will reflect the same level of quality and attention to detail. Overall, the process has been organized, efficient, and has exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone looking for professional resume assistance.
Great feedback and advising without being pretension, jargon-ful or heavy sales!
Very detailed descriptions on my resume review that I need to implement. Very thankful.
Pro bono services that was very insightful Exchange is meaningful and didn’t feel like it’s coming from an AI.
Good feedback on the resume. Kept their word and provided timely feedback.
I received my review extremely expeditiously to my pleasant surprise-12-24 hours after submitting. From the beginning communication with Carlos at introductory scope to the very thorough review Kate Mitchell delivered these two were top shelf professionals and I am 100% satisfied and highly impressed/ recommend!
Throughly read and accurately described my resume all while describing areas needed for improvement
First ever resume review! This was my first resume review from any program. The turn around time from when I sent my resume to when I received feedback was very speedy, approximately 24 hours. Next, my resume was reviewed by Kate Mitchell. In this review she mentioned my strengths, areas for improvement and next steps. I felt like this format was helpful as the strengths allowed me to feed like I have the experience but I am conveying it in the wrong way. Though I have work to do, I am happy I know what my next steps are.
can't recommend this service enough. I received a free resume review, and the level of detail honestly exceeded my expectations. Instead of generic advice, they took the time to analyze my experience, explain my strengths, identify the gaps that were holding my resume back, and provide clear, actionable recommendations for improving both ATS performance and overall positioning. What stood out most was how personalized the feedback was. They connected my experience across multiple industries into a clear career narrative and showed me exactly how hiring managers would likely view my resume. The suggestions weren't just about formatting—they focused on strategy, keyword optimization, measurable achievements, and how to better market myself for the roles I'm pursuing. If this is the quality of their free review, I can only imagine the value of their paid services. Whether you're changing careers, trying to improve your resume, or simply not getting interviews, this service is absolutely worth checking out. Thank you for providing such thoughtful and professional feedback it gave me a much clearer direction for moving forward.
Kate and Mark and incredible. They reviewed my resume in record time (within 2 days) and offered highly insightful feedback. I plan to keep using their services and I encourage everyone who truly values constructive feedback and helpful solutions to use their services as well.
I received a complimentary resume review and was pleasantly surprised by how detailed and thoughtful it was. The feedback highlighted both the strengths of my resume and several practical areas for improvement, with clear explanations rather than generic comments. I especially appreciated that the review focused on positioning and measurable impact instead of simply suggesting more keywords. Thank you for taking the time to provide such a thorough and professional assessment—it has given me a clear direction for improving my resume.
