I HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Lonestar Transfer Company. They were the second company I had dealt with to be released from my timeshare. The first company took my fee and did little to nothing for 18 months. Then they said they were at the end of their time frame and kept my fee.
The Lonestar rep I dealt with was helpful, courteous and kept me informed throughout the process by phone and by email. During this time, I had many caregiving issues that diverted my attention so that I could not properly respond in a timely manner. The rep was understanding and helpful.
They advised me regarding communications with the timeshare company.
They honored every aspect of our agreement and successfully got me released from the timeshare.
I couldn’t be more pleased.

Lonestar helped us get out of our Hilton timeshare in 4 months! We knew it could take up to a year so we were very happy with the outcome! Lonestar assigned us a "contact" who was very fast and effective at sending us documentation and communicating with us (and answering any questions we had throughout the process). If our contact wasn't available, we spoke to her "backup" who was just as knowledgeable! There was a website I could check for status of transfer which was great! It is important that as a customer you respond/get documentation back to them quickly too!

The transfer took longer than expected but not by much. I suppose I could have given away my Share online, but the paperwork would have been a hassle.
There were times when I heard nothing for months at a time but when I inquired, I was assured we were on track. It took almost a year but I'm happy that it's over. I learned about Lonestar listening to Sean Hannity on KEIB. Lonestar is a legit company, and I would recommend them whole-heartedly.

I would recommend LONESTAR to anyone wanting out of a timeshare
They just told me what to do and how to follow-up. They were always there to answer questions. I didn’t have to hunt anything down on my own. They told me where to look or sent the info to me.
They were with us all the way. So happy we worked with them. So glad to be rid of our timeshare without getting ulcers,

Highly recommend Lonestar Transfer!!
I was alittle skeptical at first because all I was doing was sending e-mails and after my horrible experience with my timeshare, I figured I would just have to accept the fact that I had been duped and that I would never be released from escalating suffocating maintenance fees for a timeshare that I had never even used. However things started taking shape right away and Lonestar was patient, super-professional, and walked me right through every single step with dignity and precision. I really appreciate that and I am SO glad that I did this with Lonestar and the hubby and I are so relieved to finally be through the process and fully released from our awful timeshare. Highly recommend hiring Lonestar--it is a process, however you DO NOT have to be stuck with your timeshare!!
