I love the customizable option, that's great, but the final product disappointed me a bit. I ordered the hardcover, and the pages are not formatted for it. A large part of the page is cut off, then the image is not centered. The price increase for the hardcover is considerable, so they should consider improving the finish.

I bought the hard cover one. The words are beautiful, the book is high quality and will definitely fill your loved ones heart! The only thing is I would like to see more choices of wording or extra spaces throughout the book to do a personal write-up besides at the end. Overall I give this book a 5 start rating! Even I cried when I read it, yet it wasn`t even for me! haha ~Robyn
