Delivery was a week late even though I paid extra for extra fast delivery.. Missed my wife's birthday. USPS are very unreliable for online products. You may want to consider UPS, they have never let me down.

The Perfect Way to Say “I Love You”
I was thrilled with not only the experience but the quality of the Love Book. I ordered my 77 page book and received it in 11 days with continued updates from the company as to the progress of my order. It arrived carefully packaged and I am happy I took advantage of the additional gifting packaging available. It is sturdy and beautiful and will keep the book well protected. I really enjoyed all the creative options available while crafting each page. There were so many choices for facial expressions, body poses, backgrounds, fonts, etc. that I was able to create the exact look and sentiment for each page. Creating this book was not only delightful but it was a sweet walk for me down memory lane. I am so proud of it and wish I could share my Love Book with all the readers of this review.
Pages are falling out as soon as I read it…
I have ordered several books in the past and have been relatively satisfied. However it appears that they are using a different print/binding company (presumably to save money) and the pages of the book LITERALLY fall apart immediately. I couldn’t even get through the first read of the book and I had pages falling out. I ordered 2 copies of the book and they were both this way. VERY disappointing, as I’ve seen made this my Anniversary gift tradition for my wife and it upset her, because she looks forward to her gift every year. I sure hope this company fixes its mistakes.
