Apparently this company has shut down. Their web address is for sale.
We would have loved to provide you with great service and computers that we have been known for. This is no longer possible. Please share of what the basis is for this review. Thanks
Genuine people, excellent service and reasonably priced. I also had a 4 day turn around.
For the first time I found myself a genuine company providing great customer service at affordable rate suitable for everyone, I still use the computer I purchased from this firm what an amazing experience
In 2021 I was searching for a used iMac that needed an older operating system so I could run a specific program for work. Somehow I stumbled upon Macs4u and found that they had what I needed and would even install the OS that I required. I'm still using that computer for work today, so when it came time to order a MacBook Air, I immediately turned to them and found out that they had the best prices and service for refurbished Macs anywhere. Both computers look like brand new and function flawlessly and their customer service is always top notch. I've recommenced them to a few friends now. Nice to know there's great small businesses out there making a difference!
This is the second time I've gotten an equipment from Macs4u.com I have never been disappointed or worried about any of them. Cos Macs4u has always been helpful and their prices are more than reasonable I Love it and with Macs4u equipments nothing can go wrong.....Charity
A very convenient site, the selection and ordering process turned out to be easier than I thought. Delivery was on time, and the manager who contacted me was friendly.
Customer service from start to finish was great, especially after UPS messed up order and sent it on a lengthly circuitous route.
I made a mistake on an order. The service rep. was excellent in helping me solve my problem.
I have heard nothing but good things about this company.
My mom ordered her first Macbook Pro through macs4u.com and received it on time, bought a few accessories with it and all worked really well. Had a few issues with setting it up since I was not there with her and their customer service was ready to help as much as they could.
The best in refurbished computers, the quality of the products is excellent and the attention is great
Great service, strong, communication, and very honest.
Easy to apply. Very nice computer. Exactly what you said it would be.
Excellent service, prompt delivery, quality products.
Great product, great service
I've purchased 4 refurbished computers from Macs4u over the years. They stand by their products and offer super quick and amazingly accurate tech support. My latest buy, a 2019 iMac, arrived in less than a week. Herbert and Brandon helped me bring over my bookmarks from my old iMac and also assisted me in erasing my hard drive and re-installing the OS. They're great guys and extremely helpful. I highly recommend Macs4u.
Communication Prompt delivery Macbook pro was clean and in excellent condition even got a keyboard cover
Reliable products at reasonable prices. Excellent customer service.
