Despite the promises given by made in…

Despite the promises given by made in china to trust pilot 3 months ago, i am still waiting for them to reach out to me to attempt to resolve matters. it seem protecting their thieving companies under their umbrella is more important to them than there own name! now with more issues with my order as computers have failed and nobody attempting to resolve matters apart from the software company who im not a customer of. apparently i have to pay to send broken parts back to china and then have to buy the replacement parts and pay to have them posted back to me under warranty of a product less that i year old!!!!!! this will go to court.

Hi paul, From October last year to February this year, we sent 5 emails asking you to submit relevant transaction vouchers to us, but we did not receive any reply from you. We have checked the two showrooms of Tongxing Technology Development Co., Ltd that you complained about on our website. One with login activity dated June 18, 2019, and the other, mentioned as /showroom/yhh0623, with login activity dated August 11, 2016. Additionally, we have reviewed your inquiry history with this supplier from 2022 to today, and we found that you only sent an inquiry on December 21, 2023; no inquiries were made before that date. If you do not provide communication and transaction records with this supplier, we will not be able to help you recover your losses from the supplier. Please cooperate with us. Thank you.

No one solve my problem

Hi Mo, thank you for your feedback regarding your recent transaction. Upon reviewing with the supplier involved, it has come to our attention that there was a dispute regarding a refund. According to the supplier, they provided you with detailed product information and specifications, which you agreed to before finalizing the payment. The goods delivered were consistent with the description provided, and there were no discrepancies. However, due to personal reasons on your end, it became impractical to continue with the transaction. As the supplier had already incurred costs related to the procurement of materials for the production of the product, they could not agree to a full refund but offered a partial refund considering the circumstances. We understand that this situation may be disappointing, and we apologize for any inconvenience it has caused. We encourage you to reach out directly to the supplier to discuss any further concerns or potential resolutions. Made-in-China.com Service Team

Complicated

Complicated. Ordered a wide format printer, paid by card, on Order Details page I see Payment Received, Payment Details, status Sucess. My supplier seems to be unable to see this payment, asking me for a proof of the payment from my bank. I'm not going to send a screenshot of my account as it is privacy violation at first, secondly, i'm with Bank of Ireland, if I want to get proof of transaction, long story, contact bank, fill the form etc; Tried to chat online at Made-in-China, leave a message instead live chat, live chat is not working. Message limit 200 signs, there is no even chance to explain the situation. How Made-in-China or my supplier can not see the payment if I see status Success? Paid.

I bought from a supplier in China

I bought from a supplier in China, Jiangsu Yancheng Times Stainless Steel Co, Ltd that was listed as a Diamond Supplier and also that the company had been verified. The supplier was incapable of producing what was required and now refuses to refund me. Selling their company capabilities under false pretenses and are also not operating from the registered address they have given. ISO is also not valid. I informed made-in-china.com that they need to re-asses the supplier and correct their status on their website

I did not like having to provide…

I did not like having to provide personal information of something I just recently bought on their very own site. It should be click and buy. Also adjusting billing and shipping information was challenging it should be alot smoother. Easy to do steps.

Good prices, Subaverage communication, Excessive delays

Good PRICES. COMMUNICATION with the seller not very good: i waited days and weeks to get answers. Excessives processing DELAYS: order supposed to be delivered 30-45 DAYS after full payment. Recieved it after 4 MONTHS. Almost no TRACKING infos (only "label created" and "out for delivery", that's it). Hopefully it was not an emergency.

Made in China showroom yhh0623

Still no attempt to assist and no retraction to the lie that made in China put in their reply. Hopefully this doesn’t break trustpilot rules as I know I’m not allowed to publish the link between made in China and Tongxing made in China showroom yhh0623 I had hoped to be able to post a photo proving the lie that made in China has managed to get published. But that is where trustpilot who check and vet my words protect big companies from us the small person from finding out the truth before we get stung. in response to your reply i have spent 4 month attempting to talk to you, but you wont pick up the phone and hold a conversation! As i am disabled with less than 5% use of my hands typing is very hard and extremely painful!! hence i talk using my mouth not the few fingers i have !!!!!! please look at the whatsapp chat and talk to me after all you don't answer when i ring you.

After my last review Made in China told Trustpilot that Tongxing wasn't attached to them but they wanted to help. I accepted their help but am still waiting! But I'm surprised that they lied in their answer, as I found the link as found 10 minutes ago. But I'm not allowed to publish it a Trustpilot rule. in response to your reply i have spent 4 month attempting to talk to you, but you wont pick up the phone and hold a conversation! Hi, Paul. Please contact us and send the information about your communication with the supplier and the transaction voucher, and we will assist you in communicating with the supplier.

It always seems strange to me that…

It always seems strange to me that business groups that group together under 1 umbrella, would rather protect their untrustworthy suppliers and risk Damaging the whole group rather than attempt to resolve the issue of goods not being supplied correctly or fit for purpose. But I paid over £17k for a cnc router to be build to my spec from TONGXING TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT CO. LTD. When the damaged crate arrived there were parts damaged, missing and even some that didn’t fit. Unfortunately the very good sales girl left during shipping so I was given someone called John who doesn’t know my style of machine and also Sean the overseas sales director to deal with. The machine arrives un assembled with no wiring diagram, no instructions and no packing list. Some of the areas where the body had been damaged I just left, but some of the missing parts were eventually sent to me, so I could get part of it working, but the parts that were made wrong first time were made wrong a second time. So I finall get Sean to say he would supply a 4 jaw chuck to hold square material in stead of the 3 jaw chuck they supplied but at my cost. I had also discovered that the vacuum to hold the work piece was assembled wrong and was insufficient to do the job. The supplied computer generated a fault but John said that that is nothing to do with them, I contacted LENOVO about this, hours of me being told I was stupid and I couldn’t read because they didn’t not think the numbers on the back was one of their computers. I contacted the head office to be told that my computer shouldn’t have left china hence no warrenty. So I paid more to have the parts and the remade wrong parts sent. 4 months later a box arrived but it had the 3rd vacuum pump and the live centre part of the 4 jaw chuck. Sean doesn’t respond to any communication and John rarely. But they are now saying 10 months later that if I want to pay the shipping for the 3rd time they will send me the parts made wrong but not the 4jaw chuck and jaws that I have paid for. Now I raised this with Made in China but they have so-far done nothing! They not even spoken to the offending company, they have made no attempt to discuss a way forward with me. Their WhatsApp number on their website is not answered their WhatsApp chat just says send an email, but as my hands don’t work typing is not easy. As they invited me to leave feedback. So this is me just scratching the surface with my feedback I don’t think this is what Ronald was expecting. My suggestion to resolve this matter is for made in China to finally pick up the phone and do the old fashioned thing and have a conversation and then drop the companies that damage their name. I wait their call and being able to use my cnc router properly.
