Working with sales / operations team @ Maglocks.com is flawless...! Emails are responded to in timely manner. Technical questions are answered with needed intel and then some.... Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to help / go the extra mile. Would not do business with anyone other company...! OKCorallo
Bought the Laundromat Maglock setup. Had some issues (which is rare) and they sent replacement parts out right away. Ended up speaking with the owner Todd. Super friendly and all-around great guy. He genuinely cares about his customers and is willing to go the extra mile to make things right! Would definitely recommend and will purchase from them again.
