Good price, communication could be better

Good price for what I wanted. After waiting for a week to get a shipping notice I had to contact them before they let me know they were waiting for weather to warm up before shipping. I appreciate them waiting so as not to freeze the product, but it would have been nice for them to let me know that before I started wondering where my order was.

Hi Ross, Sorry for not contacting you sooner. We do have a banner up on all pages of our site letting you know this time of year wine shipments do get delayed from time to time.
