Think Long & Hard ,Asks Lot’s of Questions.

Application process was fine, they called back relatively quick.It’s only been a a couple days and I’m already feeling drained and just broken down in my body.If you’re a young lady make sure you consider before saying yes.I didn’t know what I was getting myself into…with that being said I think this is a great opportunity for someone who doesn’t really have much things going on in life.I tried it and it wasn’t for me however I am grateful for the experience that MAU provided.I think management at Magna could use more communication and more prompt action on certain things that are in the workplace.I wouldn’t go back the field itself doesn’t fit me personally.Make sure you wear good shoes you’ll be standing all day.Hopefully you’ll really take the time to think before going and working at Magna ,it’s certainly a different world & environment.Thank you for the opportunity though it was worth a try.

well for me, I would definitely have to give it all to Ms Peggy, she was not only very professional but she was patient and understanding.she made a very good understanding about the the whole process. not only did she help with me of understanding the process,but she walk you through it to where you know it. so yes I have made the best of her help to where I was release from the person who trained me to where I'm now doing the job on my own. so I appreciate everything that she help me with. and as far as MAU, let's just say that y'all have y'all a very good employee who enjoys what he does and is looking forward to moving up in the future with this company. so thanks for giving me a try.

I applied and within approx a weekish was contacted by Katie. We set up an interview, and two days had orientation the next day was their 4th of July holiday and got paid for it!! I started working that Monday. Katie has been great and my trainers Rob and Ken have been pretty awesome to work with.

It was easy when I started with the exercise test but now a 5 minute step test is over board. I work in corrections and only had to do a 3 minute step test. You're doing too much and is too hard for middle age people. If they make it to 3 minutes you should pass them and the box is too dang high!
