Great quality, customized experience.
Exactly What I Wanted!
The product was perfect. Exactly what I was expecting. I don't remember how long it took to ship once design and selection for my enamel pins were finalized. Very pleased with this company, their customer service and timely communication.
Pins were great
Pins were great, they matched my artwork perfectly. Also the customer service was great at replying my emails in a timely manner.
Start to finish a great experience
Start to finish a great experience. Company was super responsive, reached out to point out that another product they offered would produce a better result, at a lower cost, and refunded the difference. The product came out great and I am highly satisfied with the entire experience.
Good looking pins!
I was hesitant to order Cooperstown pins from them because they're a fairly new company and some communications seem to be coming from China. But communications with Evan was good and we got our pins well ahead of time. I also received the status of the order and knew when delivery would be here. The pins also look great! My son is excited to do some pin trading. Will use them again in the future.
It’s simple I asked they delivered
It’s simple I asked they delivered. First sample product was delivered in a timely manner and received great feedback from the roundtable team. We are now making our decision to move forward and place a larger order of pins and perhaps patches.

I clicked submit and thought that would…
I clicked submit and thought that would be the end of the story, that my patches would arrive in my mailbox. But Maxemblem reached out to me to explain how the choices I had made would not work out great. They suggested better alternatives and worked with me to make certain it would be perfect, and then refunded a good portion of what I had paid because they had guided me to a better and CHEAPER alternative. I am blown away by their customer service. Amazing company

I place an order and have been waiting…
I deleted my previous review as it was an error with my email. Something on my side caused the email responses not to show up until this morning. Thank you Maxemblem for the great service and repeated attempts to contact me via email and voice.
